Sarah Lepore

My journey into massage therapy began after receiving my first massage in 2010. I was amazed by how therapeutic touch could impact both the body and mind. That experience inspired me to enroll in the massage therapy program at Community College of Vermont and O'Brien's Aveda Institute in South Burlington, where I graduated in 2011.

More than 15 years later, my passion for this work continues to grow. My work has become deeply personal, intentional, and focused on calming the nervous system, reducing the effects of chronic stress and helping the body move toward a more balanced state. I believe that when we feel safe, supported, and truly cared for, our bodies are better able to heal.

Throughout my career, I've continued to seek advanced training that allows me to better serve my clients. In 2025, I traveled to Hawaiʻi to study Lomi Lomi, deepening my understanding of this beautiful, flowing style of bodywork and its philosophy of whole-person healing. I later completed an Advanced Temple-Style Lomi Lomi training in Brookfield, Vermont, further refining these techniques and integrating them into my practice. I have also expanded my work through Phenomenal Touch Massage®, a unique three-dimensional form of massage that gracefully moves the body as if in water. Together, these techniques, along with deep tissue therapy, massage cupping, hot stone therapy, and therapeutic massage, allow me to customize every session to meet your individual needs.

One of the greatest privileges of my work is building lasting relationships with my clients. I value getting to know the whole person—not just the pain that brought them to my table.

I've developed a special passion for supporting women through the physical, emotional, and hormonal changes of perimenopause and menopause. These transitions deserve compassionate care, thoughtful listening, and treatments that help calm the body and restore balance.

Every session is tailored specifically to you. Some clients enjoy conversation, while others prefer complete silence. I'm equally happy to chat, listen, or simply hold space while you relax. My priority is that you leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to your body than when you arrived.

When I'm not in the treatment room, you'll usually find me spending time with my fur baby, Tony, my family in SW Florida, exploring the outdoors, checking out a new local eatery, enjoying live music, or embracing my newest adventure—learning to roller skate!

Chelsea Vecellio

I am a massage therapist, clinical herbalist, and reiki master. My work is guided by the belief that when the body feels safe and supported, it knows how to soften and heal.

I have been practicing the art of massage therapy for 18 years and offer a variety of therapeutic modalities. I bring attentive listening, intuitive touch, and a calm, anchored presence to each session.

I hold a special interest in Lomi Lomi massage, a holistic bodywork tradition from Hawaii that has profoundly transformed both my personal and professional journey. My training in Lomi Lomi has been truly life-changing, deepening not only my technical skills as a practitioner but also my capacity for presence and intuitive awareness. This sacred, flowing style of bodywork has enhanced the way I connect with clients, allowing me to create sessions that feel nurturing, intentional, and deeply healing. I am honored to share this work with you.

My passion for holistic healthcare led me to study herbalism at the Vermont Center for Integrative Herbalism.  I graduated from the Clinical Herbalist program in 2025. Through my in-depth studies, I have developed a strong foundation in understanding how herbs can safely and effectively support the body's natural healing processes. I offer herbal support as a way to gently restore balance, support resilience, and tend to the layers of well-being.

I love my craft deeply. Whether through touch, plant remedies, or the weaving together of both, my intention is to offer care that feels grounded and supportive.
