I truly love my profession and perform my body work from the heart. My intuition guides me to where your body requires healing. My work is rooted in the belief that therapeutic massage helps people achieve physical and emotional wellness and is an important tool for self care. Massage therapy counteracts the obstructions caused by stored up emotions by releasing physical tension. My touch helps relieve pain and discomfort and encourages a relaxing state of well being. |
Chelsea VecellioBalance, connection, and health- when we have these, we can move through life in a more meaningful way. Feeling good in our bodies and connected to the world around us is a beautiful thing. I believe our purpose on this Earth is to take care of it and each other, and I am honored to provide therapeutic massage to my community. Helping you on your healing journey gives me great joy. I know in my heart that I can create positive change in your life.
With deep listening skills, compassion, and intention, I create a safe environment for your body to soften and receive the many health benefits bodywork has to offer. When discomfort and tension are alleviated, our energy flows more freely. When our vitality is restored, we can shine so brightly! Together, we can tell your patterns of holding that it is safe to let go. I have been practicing the art of massage therapy for 15 years and am grateful to be able to share my gifts with you. I feel passionate about holistic approaches to healthcare and am continuing to deepen my knowledge. I am currently a student at the Vermont Center for Integrative Herbalism. In December of 2024, after four years of education, I will be a clinical herbalist. With plant remedies, nutritional suggestions, and lifestyle adjustments, we can work together to balance any disharmonies in your body. I look forward to weaving this service in with my bodywork to help support you on your path to wellbeing. |
Sarah LeporeI became interested in massage therapy after I received a massage for the first time in 2010. Shortly after that, I enrolled in the massage therapy certification program at O'Briens Aveda Institute in South Burlington and graduated in 2011. I knew that it was a profession for compassionate and empathetic individuals, like myself.
Positive touch is such an important part of living and the power of therapeutic touch can can almost instantly increase your serotonin levels. With so much negativity in the world, massage therapy should be prescribed daily. If you have made your health a priority in your life, then it's only natural that you make massage a necessity. I believe in myself as a healer and am confident that my passion for massage and massage cupping can help you walk this Earth with more ease and less pain. However you classify your pain, I am here to help you. |
