- Cash is our preferred method of payment. As a small business we get charged for every card transaction. With cash we retain 100% of its value. Please support us by paying with cash, check, or e-payment (ie: Venmo).

Your massage appointment is reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect Truly Therapeutics scheduling policies. We operate a small business in which no-shows and cancellations affect us greatly. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24-hours in advance. Any cancellation with less than a 24-hour notice is subject to a cancellation fee amounting the cost of the scheduled service. Appointments booked with a gift certificate surrender the full amount paid.
