Our bodies take on so much in our lives, both physically and mentally, and I feel that therapeutic massage should be a regular part of our journey to healing.
People use massage for a variety of health related purposes, including to relieve pain, rehabilitate sports injuries, reduce stress, increase relaxation, address anxiety and depression, and aid in general wellness.
I have always had the desire to help others lead happy lives, so I knew this was the right path for me. I became certified in massage therapy in 2008 and have been practicing ever since. Using a more holistic approach to healthcare, I can get you back to a place of well being. My significant experience and passion for massage therapy allow me to customize every session according to the individuals needs. I believe in the healing power of bodywork and I am here to help you!
I became interested in massage therapy after I received a massage for the first time in 2010. Shortly after that, I enrolled in the massage therapy certification program at O'Briens Aveda Institute in South Burlington and graduated in 2011. I knew that it was a profession for compassionate and empathetic individuals, like myself.
Positive touch is such an important part of living and the power of therapeutic touch can can almost instantly increase your serotonin levels. With so much negativity in the world, massage therapy should be prescribed daily. If you have made your health a priority in your life, then it's only natural that you make massage a necessity.
I believe in myself as a healer and am confident that my passion for massage and massage cupping can help you walk this Earth with more ease and less pain. However you classify your pain, I am here to help you.
